Chartwork & Position Fixing

• The aim of this 2 day course is to instruct students in the basic techniques of marine navigation to a level which will help them as active divers in planning and managing dives undertaken by a typical diving club.

Boat Handling

• This 2 day course is designed to give students, with little or no boat handling knowledge or experience, instruction in small boat handling, including techniques relevant to diving, and related safety knowledge.

Diver Cox’n Assessments

• The aim of the half day Diver Cox’n assessment is to assess a candidate’s practical boat handling skills, and the underpinning knowledge related to the general handling of small boats and to diving specific boat handling activities.
