Discover Diving collects only the details we need to manage your membership, diving activities or use of our services.
Paper records including membership forms, next of kin details and medical forms are stored securely.
Our mailing list is managed through a secure account with MailChimp. Our website is managed through Weebly. If you message us through the website, we will delete those messages within 60 days.
We will not share or pass on any of your information to other parties. The contact information that you supply is used by us if we need to contact you regarding your use of Discover Diving services eg dive trips, equipment purchases & servicing, training courses or membership.
You have the right to see the information that we hold about you at any time. Just ask.
You also have the right to ask to have the information deleted. Just ask. We are legally obliged to hold onto training records to evidence your level of attainment and training.
You can opt out of receiving our emails at any time. Click on the link at the bottom of the email. Once you have opted out we will delete all the information we hold about you on our email system within 40 days.
